You've Tried Everything.
Nothing Sticks.

Stretching. Foam rolling. Physical therapy. Massage. You get temporary relief, but the tightness comes back, the pain returns, and your posture keeps getting worse. That's because you've been treating symptoms — not the root cause.

The root cause is your fascia.

The Method

Three Phases. One Foundation.

Phase 1

Release

  • Targeted fascia decompression using Block Therapy techniques
  • Diaphragmatic breathing protocols to activate your body's natural pump
  • Area-specific release sequences for your biggest restrictions
  • Understanding why your body collapsed and how to reverse it
Phase 2

Correct

  • Postural self-assessment to identify your specific dysfunctions
  • Corrective exercise protocols for common imbalances
  • Movement pattern retraining for lasting structural change
  • Progressive mobility work that goes beyond stretching
Phase 3

Rebuild

  • Strength training built on your corrected foundation
  • Progressive overload programming that respects your body's new alignment
  • Integration of fascia maintenance into your training routine
  • Long-term programming for continued development

Frequently Asked Questions

What is fascia and why does it matter for fitness?+

Fascia is the connective tissue that wraps every muscle, bone, organ, and cell in your body. When it becomes compressed or develops adhesions — from sitting, poor posture, injury, or repetitive movement — it restricts blood flow, limits mobility, and causes chronic pain. Addressing your fascia is the missing piece most fitness programs ignore.

Do I need any special equipment?+

The fascia release portion uses a Block Therapy Block Buddy tool (available through blocktherapy.com). For corrective exercises and strength work, you'll need basic equipment — a mat, resistance bands, and optional dumbbells. Everything can be done at home.

I'm already working out regularly. Is this for me?+

Absolutely. Fascia Fitness is designed for active people who train hard but still deal with tightness, asymmetries, or recurring pain. If you've hit a plateau or can't seem to shake nagging issues, your fascia is likely the bottleneck.

How is this different from foam rolling or stretching?+

Foam rolling addresses surface-level tension. Stretching elongates muscle fibers temporarily. Neither addresses the deeper fascial adhesions that compress tissue and restrict movement. Fascia decompression uses sustained pressure and breathing to release these adhesions from the inside out — creating lasting structural change.

How quickly will I see results?+

Most people feel a noticeable difference after their first fascia release session — improved range of motion, reduced tightness, and less pain. Structural changes in posture and movement patterns typically become visible within 2-4 weeks of consistent practice.

What's the relationship to Block Therapy?+

Fascia Fitness is built on Block Therapy's proven fascia decompression methodology, developed by Deanna Hansen. Quinn Castelane, as VP of Block Therapy and the first certified instructor, created Fascia Fitness to bridge fascia therapy with practical fitness and corrective exercise for active individuals.
